Bring a check with the completed form (Membership Application) to a Club Cruise Night (Thursday Nights) or to an SDCT General Membership Meeting (held every third Thursday of the month).  

Give the form and a check to the SDCT Membership Director.  If the Membership Director is not available, the forms and the check can be given to a Board member who will give them to the Membership Director.
